Add and fill out Title Block templates to Layout documents

1. Create a title block .FML file. formZ provides many samples in the “formZ Title Blocks” folder found in your form•Z application folder.
2. Add Note Text objects in your title block file enclosed in chevrons, (i.e. ), then save title block file.
3. Start a new Layout Project and select Project Settings from File pull down menu.
4. Select Title Block option. Click on Load icon to load your title block file.
5. Click Dictionary button to invoke the Title Block Dictionary dialog.
6. Add/edit Name fields enclosed in chevrons, .
7. Add/edit Definition fields with desired text, “AutoDesSys Inc.”.
8. Click OK button and the title block is added to all sheets in your layout project and all Name fields will be automatically replaced with your Definitions.
Note, you can update the title block .FML file and Dictionary fields any time while working on your Layout project.
