Use the Map Texture tool to place a texture on a single face

Create a box.
Create a material with an image map, (i.e. any default brick), and name this material “brick”.
Drag-and-drop the “brick” material onto the object.
Create another material with an image map, (i.e. AutoDesSys logo.jpg), and name it “logo”.
Hold Cmd key (Mac) or Ctrl key (Win) and drag-and-drop the “logo” material onto a single face.
Select Map Texture tool, hold Cmd key (Mac) or Ctrl key (Win) and click on the same face.
Select Edit Texture tool and click on the same face.
Drag the controls and observe the re-sizing of the “logo” is applied to this face only and the “brick” size on the other faces is not changed Note, you can hold the Shift key down to select multiple faces when applying the Map Texture tool and they will all re-size together as group.
