Create Material with Color: Image Map, such as the concrete image shown.
Drag-n-drop material onto object, which assigns concrete to all faces of object.
Use Edit Texture tool on any face to size material, which sets size of concrete pattern for all faces.
Create another Material with Bump: Image Map, such as the greyscale illustration shown.
Use Decal tool to apply bump material on the side faces only and be sure to select only the Bumps shader option, as shown. For more information on Decals see Tip Here.
RenderZone render and observe all faces render with the concrete color but only the side faces add the bump material also.
