Skip to main content
- Select Rectangle tool.
- In Tool Options select Insert Opening modifier.
- Set Input palette to Plane Delta.
- Move cursor over lower left corner of face and tap F4 key, (this location now becomes your temporary 0,0,0 origin).
- In Input palette type 6’-0” for X field, tap Tab key to move highlight to Y field and type 3’-0”, then Return key.
- Observe after first point of the rectangle is defined two new fields appear in Input palette for Length and Width of rectangle.
- Type 4’-0” for Length, tap Tab key, type 5’-0” for Width, then Return.
