Create 3D Text on a curved surface
- Select Spline drawing tool and in Tool Options choose 2D Surface icon.
- Create two spline paths on the surface and observe that only the clicked control points of the curve are on the surface.
- Select Project Curve tool and in Tool Options choose Using Surface Normals.
- Click on a path then the surface and observe the entire curve is projected on the surface.
- Perform the same procedure again to project the other path.
- Select 2 Path Text tool, click on lower path, then the upper path and observe 3D text is generated.
- In Tool Options adjust Text parameters as desired.
- Note, to flip the direction of the text click on the Reverse Path buttons in Tool Options.
