2. In Tool Options select desired Conditions to be analyzed which are organized by tabs, (General, Faceted, and Smooth).

A few additional tips:
When using Fix if possible option you may need to run the tool multiple times to fix conditions exposed after the previous fix.
Not all issues displayed are necessarily problems. For example, a meshed cube will have Coplanar Faces and Collinear Segments, which are additional topology describing the cubic shape itself but may be useful for other reasons.
Non-developable Faces are also not a problem in general. They are simply faces that curve in more than one direction. For example, a Sphere is a Non-developable face and the Object Doctor doesn’t "fix" this. Finding these may be useful for the Unfolding tool, which requires Smooth faces to be Developable.
Duplicate Points are problematic and can generally be fixed.
This tool can fix Missing Faces, which can ensure “water-tight” solids especially for 3D printing. Be sure to set the Min# Of Edges and Max# Of Edges necessary for such a face to be identified.
Intersecting, Self Intersecting, or Irregular Faces are major problems that typically can't be fixed by the Object Doctor. However, you can use the Object Doctor to identify these problems and correct them manually.
