Sometimes when upgrading or adding products to your account, it is necessary to sign out of your license account to refresh the license on your machine. Please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the autodessys license portal in your web browser (https://id.autodessys.com/).
2. If you are not signed into your account, enter your email and password to sign in.
3. In the upper right corner of the browser window there is a box with three horizontal lines on the right side. Click in the box and select "Sign Out".
4. Start form•Z and you should be prompted to sign in again and your license should be refreshed.
